Become a CPIP
The goal of the class is to empower you with the key mindset and tools to master product management and spark innovation in your organization. This learning program includes a training component and an hands-on coaching component to learn and practice innovation frameworks and tools. The trainers have worked in a variety of product management roles across industries that span Financial Services, Entertainment, E-Commerce, Web Development, Consulting, and Telecommunications. They share real life stories about product successes and failures, provide a practical perspective on the job that goes beyond theory, and offer insights on how to overcome typical obstacles in creating great products.

The six weeks portion of the CPIP program is a hands-on session where participants work on a real product idea. You can bring your own product idea and develop it through the program, or you can partner up with other participants and work together. In either case, at the end of the CPIP program you will have a full plan on how to build your product idea, having it validated through discovery and validation activities.
The program is taught by Certified Product Innovation Trainers (CPITs) with extensive experience in product management and innovation.
