This Certified Scrum Master (CSM) class is a three half-day, interactive learning experience where you can learn the key principles of Agile and begin to apply the concepts and practices that define the Scrum framework.Scrum is today the most popular Agile framework, used by organizations worldwide. Scrum is a simple yet incredibly powerful set of practices that help teams deliver products in short cycles, enable fast feedback, and create a culture of rapid adaptation to change. This class teaches the foundations of Agile and provides a solid understanding of the Scrum process with a specific focus on the Scrum Master role, as a leading change agent in the organization.
This class offers a solid introduction to Agile and Scrum principles not only for Scrum Masters, but also for anyone interested in learning about the foundations of Agile and what is needed to spark a transformation within their team or organization.
Format: Virtual training, live instructor, group exercises, no slides.
Course length: 3 half-days (5 hours / day)
Certification: This class includes the Certified Scrum Master exam administered by the Scrum Alliance for the certification. Upon completion of the class the students are eligible to take the exam.

He blends effective training skills with real-life stories and simulation, creating a learning environment that leaves participants to his workshops enlightened and transformed by #TrueScrum.We use modern adult instructional methods to facilitate learning, create a fun and productive environment, and maturate a deeper understanding of the concepts. We use zero slides (no slides, nil, nada). The whole class is based on interactive exercises, simulations, and class discussions. We use Innovation Games to facilitate some of the exercises and learn innovation techniques that you can bring back to your teams.
