Empathy interviews (also called ethnographic research) are used to understand and discover customer needs and aspirations. They are a key component of Design Thinking, and offer many different ways to research customer needs and source the information needed to design better products.
This is a collection of templates that can be used in a variety of settings to facilitate empathy interviews with end users and customers. Each template is dedicated to a particular method and the choice of which method to use is up to you, depending on the specific needs of the project or situation.
