Valerio Zanini
Valerio Zanini is recognized among the top trainers in AI and Product Management practices, having trained hundreds of AI and product teams at Fortune 500 companies since 2017.
He works with organizations large and small to spark the adoption of AI and Product Innovation practices, spanning Product Thinking, AI/Agentic AI, and Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices. His focus is on making product teams successful in building great products, going beyond the barebone implementation of frameworks.
With more than 20 years of professional experience spanning software development, digital product management, and entrepreneurship, he is the CEO of the product innovation firm 5D Vision, with offices in Washington, DC. He provides consulting and training to organizations helping them become more innovative with product mastery, with agile methodologies, and with GenAI tools.
Previously, a Director of Product Development at Capital One, he led digital transformation initiatives for the retail bank division. Before Capital One, Valerio was the cofounder and CEO of Goozex.com (sold in 2012), a Systems Engineer at Cisco, and the cofounder of one of the first web development companies in Italy.
He is the author of AI for Product Managers and Deliver Great Products that Customers Love. He also wrote the only available book on SAFe for Product Managers.
Valerio is a Certified AI Product Innovator (CAIPI), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), a Certified Product Innovation Trainer (CPIT), and a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a BS/MS in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy.
Holly Chasan-Young
Holly Chasan-Young is an award-winning strategist, coach, educator and speaker, and an industry expert in Design Thinking. Holly equips teams to dream big, amplify creativity and boost innovation.
Considered a “Customer Whisperer,” Holly serves as interim strategy officer for teams designing products, services and experiences that serve consumers’ purpose while meeting business objectives. She is a service design strategist who incorporates organizational change strategies in transformation efforts as the key that unlocks strategic momentum.
She is a Certified Product Innovation Trainer (CPIT) in Design Thinking and an Executive Coach in Product Strategy.
Anil Jaising
Anil has been delivering mission critical projects and products since the early 1990s. He discovered Agile by accident in early 2000 and has never looked back. Anil has been teaching Product Management and Agile principles professionally since 2011. He teaches Product Innovation at NYU.
With his technical background, Anil has trained and coached over 100 teams, participated in over 400 Sprints, and helped teams move from deploying once per year, to several times in a week. He is an industry expert in AI and DevOps practices, and frequently teaches foundational and advanced training programs in AI and DevOps.
Anil is passionate about designing and delivering engaging training and is one of 10 trainers worldwide that can deliver both practitioner and train-the-trainer workshops in “Training from the Back of the Room” (TBR) practices. Anil is also skilled at facilitating workshops using liberating structures.
He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), a Certified Training from the Back of the Room Trainer (TBR-T), and a Certified Product Innovation Trainer (CPIT) in DevOps.

Kert Peterson
Since apprenticing with Ken Schwaber and being designated a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2004, Kert has been at the forefront of Agile training and transformation for a wide range of organizations, including Rockwell Collins, Mission Health, Capital One, and Fidelity Investments.
Kert began his career as a Software Engineer in NASA’s Space Shuttle program, affording him first-hand experience in the daily challenges faced by testers, engineers, and other creatives seeking to deliver value in the face of rapid change.
Since becoming an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) in 2018, Kert has guided hundreds of individuals and teams in achieving breakthrough performance gains with their products and for their customers.
Kert holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He lives with his family in the beautiful Canadian city of Calgary, Alberta. In his time away from work, Kert enjoys hiking, playing mandolin and teaching tai chi.
He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT).
Bonsy Yelsangi
Bonsy Yelsangi is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and an Agile Coach. She has worked in industries including media, remote managed services, luxury real estate, aviation, automotive and private wealth management. Bonsy’s IT background includes roles as QA Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach for waterfall and Agile teams.
Throughout her career, she has trained and coached a wide range of development teams, business departments, project managers and senior executives in Agile methodologies, serving as mentor, coach, facilitator, trainer, and change agent to guide companies through their Agile transformations.
She is the co-author of the book: Sprint Your Way to Scrum.
Bonsy is devoted to creating energized and excited teams that delight their customers and inspire others. She loves helping teams and organizations discover the Scrum/Kanban /Lean mash-ups that enable focused, flexible, and fast delivery of products. Bonsy provides Agile-focused training and coaching to companies ranging from late-stage startups to large corporations, she is adept in administering all aspects of project management, as well as providing authentic leadership to create effective teams.
She educates at all levels of the organization from executives and leaders to developers, PMs, BAs and others working on project delivery.

Zeina Zeitouni
Zeina Zeitouni is a Digital Innovation Consultant helping companies of all sizes bring new ideas to life. She is a Design Strategist and Product Management leader with over 10 years of experience running digital innovation strategy in both startup and Fortune 500 environments.
Previously, a VP of Product at JP Morgan Chase and a Product Manager at Capital One, Zeina helped drive digital innovation launching brand-defining experiences in both retail and commercial banking. She is acknowledged for infusing innovation practices into the organization as a Design Thinking Coach and developing a seminar series on applying Design Thinking and Data Science to solve complex problems within large organizations, which she presented at Columbia University.
Zeina has experience structuring product teams and developing new products and services across various industries and environments including investment management, retail, staffing, real estate, and international development programs in post-conflict countries.
Zeina has a passion for Impact Innovation and has designed and launched various socially responsible and impact investing applications. She is originally from Los Angeles and currently resides in Manhattan.
She is a Spark Engine Certified Product Innovation Trainer (CPIT).
Arundhati Dutta
Arundhati is an experienced startup founder/CEO, building companies from the ground up using Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies. Prior to that she worked at Deloitte Consulting where she provided strategy consulting to multiple Fortune 100 companies.
She holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work from NYU and has provided coaching and advisory to 5000+ individuals and startups. As an agile coach and instructor she has conducted Agile Coach workshops across the US. She brings diverse international perspectives from her experience of living and working in 8+ cities in USA and India. She is currently based in San Francisco and is the co-organizer of the Women in Agile San Francisco chapter.
