A Scrum and Product Management trainer, Valerio is passionate about helping teams adopt agile practices and create products that customers love. With two decades of product development experience in a variety of organizations including Capital One, Cisco, Goozex.com and others, he excels at building new products in the early stages of product innovation, where uncertainty and lack of a clear solution are the biggest challenges. Holly Chasan-Young, CPIT
Holly Chasan-Young is an award-winning strategist, coach, educator and speaker, and an industry expert in Design Thinking. Holly equips teams to dream big, amplify creativity and boost innovation. Considered a "Customer Whisperer," Holly serves as interim strategy officer for teams designing products, services and experiences that serve consumers’ purpose while meeting business objectives. She is a service design strategist who incorporates organizational change strategies in transformation efforts as the key that unlocks strategic momentum.

Anil Jaising, CST, CPIT
Anil has been delivering mission critical projects and products since the early 1990s. He discovered Agile by accident in early 2000 and has never looked back.
Anil has been teaching Agile Principles and Values, and how they are used in Scrum and Kanban, professionally since 2011.
With his technical background, Anil has trained and coached over 100 teams, participated in over 400 Sprints, and helped teams move from deploying once per year, to several times in a week. He is an industry expert in DevOps practices, and frequently teaches foundational and advanced training programs in DevOps.
Anil is passionate about designing and delivering engaging training and is one of 10 trainers worldwide that can deliver both practitioner and train the trainer workshops in Training from the BACK of the Room. Anil is also skilled at facilitating workshops using liberating structures.
He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and a Certified Training from the Back of the Room Trainer (TBR-T).

Zeina Zeitouni, CPIT
Zeina Zeitouni is a Digital Innovation Consultant helping companies of all sizes bring new ideas to life. She is a Design Strategist and Product Management leader with over 10 years of experience running digital innovation strategy in both startup and Fortune 500 environments.
Previously, at Capital One Bank and through fintech ventures, Zeina helped drive digital innovation launching brand-defining experiences in both retail and commercial banking. She is acknowledged for infusing innovation practices into the organization as a Design Thinking Coach and developing a seminar series on applying Design Thinking and Data Science to solve complex problems within large organizations, which she presented at Columbia University.
Zeina has experience structuring product teams and developing new products and services across various industries and environments including investment management, retail, staffing, real estate, and international development programs in post-conflict countries.
Zeina has a passion for Impact Innovation and has designed and launched various socially responsible and impact investing applications. She is originally from Los Angeles and currently resides in Manhattan.

Kert Peterson, CST, AKT
Since apprenticing with Ken Schwaber and being designated a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2004, Kert has been at the forefront of Agile training and transformation for a wide range of organizations, including Rockwell Collins, Mission Health, Capital One, and Fidelity Investments.
Kert began his career as a Software Engineer in NASA’s Space Shuttle program, affording him first-hand experience in the daily challenges faced by testers, engineers, and other creatives seeking to deliver value in the face of rapid change.
Since becoming an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) in 2018, Kert has guided hundreds of individuals and teams in achieving breakthrough performance gains with their products and for their customers.
Kert holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He lives with his family in the beautiful Canadian city of Calgary, Alberta. In his time away from work, Kert enjoys hiking, playing mandolin and teaching tai chi.

Bonsy Yelsangi, CST
Bonsy Yelsangi is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and an Agile Coach. She has worked in industries including media, remote managed services, luxury real estate, aviation, automotive and private wealth management. Bonsy’s IT background includes roles as QA Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach for waterfall and Agile teams.
Throughout her career, she has trained and coached a wide range of development teams, business departments, project managers and senior executives in Agile methodologies, serving as mentor, coach, facilitator, trainer, and change agent to guide companies through their Agile transformations.

Arundhati is an experienced startup founder/CEO and product owner with 7+ years of building companies from the ground up using Agile, Scrum and Lean methodologies. Prior to that she worked at Deloitte Consulting, New York where she provided strategy consulting to multiple Fortune 100 companies.
She holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work from NYU and has provided coaching and advisory to 5000+ individuals and startups. As an agile coach and instructor she has conducted Agile Coach workshops across the US. She brings diverse international perspectives from her experience of living and working in 8+ cities in USA and India. She is currently based in San Francisco and is the co-organizer of the Women in Agile San Francisco chapter.
